How much does Local Delivery cost?
If your order is $75+ before taxes delivery will be free! If you order less than $75 delivery will be $9.95.
I live outside your Local Delivery zone. Can I still receive Local Delivery?
Unfortunately you can't receive Local Delivery if you live outside of our Local Delivery zone. We apologize and don't have the woman power to get your goods to you! But we do always offer Free Local Pick Up and you can come pick up your order from our warehouse in Burnaby during our warehouse hours!
What time can I expect my delivery?
We will be scheduling our deliveries in the most efficient routes possible. Because of this, we cannot provide an ETA or exact time of delivery. We will send you a text or email once your item has been dropped off.
Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?
No! We will be doing contactless delivery so we will "drop and go" (we will send you an email or text once it's been delivered so you know to grab it), unless you live in a townhouse or apartment, in that case we will need you to be home/available to come down and receive your order.
FREE LOCAL PICK UP
If you want to forego shipping or don't live within our Delivery Zones you can pick up your order at our Burnaby warehouse! Just choose Local Pick Up as your shipping option at checkout and we will contact you as soon as it's ready for pick up. Please wait for our email letting you know when it's ready for pick up. We are currently fulfilling Local Pick Up orders within the same day as long as you place your order within normal business hours. Please pick up during our Warehouse Hours:
Monday - Friday 11-6pm
Saturday 12-4pm
